If we could give them minus stars we would.
Adrian18/05/2016After being let down on the small job of fixing two new taps, I thought after visiting your page again would it be worth approaching a larger company. I have got to say the next day a man came to look at the job and said no problem, as it would take no time at all. Early the next week I received a phone call to say that a plumber would be there within the hour if that was ok. I said it would, he was here within 45 minutes, with a great job done he was away within an hour. Really nice guy and the ladies on the other end of the phone are a credit to the company. Thanks a lot and yes I would recommend them to anyone.Keith15/04/2016We had a quote from Rudkin and Herbert to fix a leak in our bath. We were told it would take three days to do and would include the use of a carpenter and a tiler because the tiles would have to be removed and then replaced.
In the end, they spent two hours on the job, running some sealant down the side of the bath. They stuck to their original price, even though it was two and a half days less than itemised in the quote, and when we queried it they became very aggressive.
Is one star the lowest I can give?
