Two Hearts Support Service for Older People.
Our friendly, trusted and professional team have backgrounds in NHS, nursing, caring and occupational therapy. We are an experienced and family run service.
Each client is assessed and the service will be tailored to each individual/couple or family's needs.
Some examples of services provided :
- Home Help - A helping hand with daily tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Companionship - Friendly visits for a chat, shared activities, or simply some company.
- Sitting Services - Giving family carers a well-earned break while we provide care and companionship.
- Cognitive Stimulation Therapy - Engaging activities to support memory, quality of life and mental well-being.
- Enjoyable Outings - Whether it is a walk in the park, a trip to a café, or a favourite hobby, we help make outings possible.
- Appointments & Errands - Support with getting to doctor’s appointments, shopping, or any other trips.
- Family Support - In addition to direct support, we help provide confidence in couples and families taking care of loved ones.
- Specialist Care - Tailored support for people with dementia, Parkinson's and other long-term conditions.
- Encouraging Social Interaction - Helping older people stay connected and engaged with their community.
Our hourly rate is £29.00 with a discount for half/full day respite.
Our assessments are free of charge and we do not tie clients into financial contracts or notice periods as we know life can change.
We work in partnership with social prescribers, care coordinators, local charities and NHS services.
