Paul and I exchanged a few emails so he was sure what to expect. I sent him some photos, he sent me what I felt was a very reasonable quote. He advised me when he expected to arrive at my elderly mum’s house but that he wouldn’t go in until I had arrived there first and called him on his mobile.
He was on time, did a fantastic neat and tidy job, was polite and considerate and we will definitely be adding his contact details to our address book in case we need any other electrical jobs doing. Great job thank you!
