Paul11/10/2015I recently went on Age UK's Business Directory site which lists 'trusted' companies for people to contact. I needed someone to check my burglar alarm. I found a company called Control Electrics of 147 Loughborough Road, Leicester.
I emailed them on the 8th September. By the 18th September I hadn't received a reply. I emailed them again on that day. I received an email from Alison on the 22nd September saying that she would ask the electricians to get in touch with me. I haven't heard anything since. I am offended at the way I've been treated.
